Very poor service, they have had my parcel for a month today, it has been lost in their system for several days, they have tried to deliver it twice out of business hours to a business address, the tracking details haven’t changed for 6days saying delivering today. Management don’t seem to be interested, customer service replies generic, NO PHONE CALL when requested. I am the procurement director for a company which uses Hermes the courier used in this case, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
