DO NOT USE!!
This company will offer to re-book your parcel collection, after you have waited in all day, because the time slot you are given is 8am to 8pm. So you re-book for the next day same time slot, but again you find yourself re-booking, after 3 days of no collection and several conversations via 'live chat' they offer you an upgrade which will cost you more!! I asked for a free upgrade seeing as I have lost 3 days earnings while waiting for a parcel to be collected, and they said no sorry, but we can't do that. But when I asked for a refund there were 2 options - one that will take 5-7 days which is refunded to the source or the other would take 1-2 days, but this option was to have credit with them through a prepay account. WHY would I want to have credit with them? I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
