DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Picked up the parcel. Lost it. Have done absolutely nothing to try and help find the parcel. Wont offer any help. Have been giving me the run around for 2 months. Customer service is abysmal. gave me every excuse in the book. Then simply closed the case stating they couldn't do anything because "I failed to take out insurance protection"
Wouldnt even refund the fee they charged.
