Tried to send a box of boiled sweets to my cousin in America. There was no indication as I filled the form in that boiled sweets and crisps are prohibited items . They took my money and today I’ve had items returned saying that they are prohibited . I sent exactly the same items 6 months ago with no issues. I am now £48 out of pocket and they’re refusing to refund .
