DO NOT USE - I am still waiting on a response for a possibly lost parcel that should have been delivered over a week ago now. Seeking legal advice and under the consumer rights act while the parcel is still showing as undelivered it is there responsibility. Will update on outcome whether that may be persuing court action through small claims court with all fees also being claimed for as cannot see them resolving this issue out of court. Very poor contact, No customer service. I was seeking a new courier company and this one I DO NOT recommend using. Pay the extra elsewhere atleast if anything goes wrong you may get your money back and have some sort of customer service!
