We are a business customer who have been using Parcel2go for our international shipments. Yet in the last 5 weeks we have had 4 major issues. 3 parcels have been delayed by weeks not days and 1 parcel still has not been delivered after 5 weeks!
We have tried to raise a claim with them this morning as we have not only given them their stated 14 days to investigate but have actually given them 19 days. Yet they refuse to raise a claim.
Their claims team clearly have no idea how to look after a good customer of theirs and I would highly advise any business to AVOID at all costs for international shipping!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
