Review Update. In spite of an, “Oh, we’re so sorry to hear about your parcel being lost response” from your customer service department, my parcel is still missing. Being very sorry that you’ve lost something isn’t good enough. Apparently, you handed it over to Landmark Global whose online reviews match or exceed your own horrid reviews for lost, damaged, missing, parcels.
