I raised a claim for a damaged parcel having taken out additional insurance for over £35.00. I submitted all the information requested and received confirmation of the information recieved. I was informed they would submit an OFFER for my insurance claim and not just pay out the insurance. I am over 4 weeks into the claim and now cannot even get a reply.
