Sent 2 items back, both of which were damaged on delivery - quite clearly dropped! Both items were fully insured and I have been fighting to claim this money back for nearly a month now despite repeatedly providing the information they requested. They are now only offering us a refund for 1 of the 2 items (no surprise the cheaper of the two) and have only offered us half of the courier costs. Really unhappy and will be taking this to the small claims court if they refuse to give us our money back. Do not recommend and will not use this company again!
