Worst ever service. it is my personal advise please do not ever use parceltogo service. It is motive to earn, never care about customer.
I have booked a parcel from london to edinburgh, one of my parcel is missed and they do not have a clue where my parcel is. i have missed my all my important documents/things which they can't get me.
Even to claim back and forth email for the last 10 days and i still havn't receive my claim and i have lost the hope of getting my claim.
