I had to stay in the house for 3 days from 8 - 8 and still no uplift I have had no explanation as to why this was the case. I appreciate the carrier was My Hermes however my contract was with P2G. I eventually asked for a refund and was advised this would take between 5-7 days. Very disappointing I would be unlikely to use this company again
