Severe damage to my item which could have only happened with extreme neglect. I took out parcel protection with no explicit mention or warning of any exclusions.
Buried amongst their comprehensive terms and conditions are an exhaustive list of exclusions for almost any item.
Irresponsible and misleading company.
On the plus they refunded me £6 for a £100 item so can't be all bad.
