Legal theft......
we arrange parcel collection with parcel2go
they collected on time it was a bag of power tolls worth over 900 pounds...
as we have not paid the extra insurance the bag went missing ...magically???
they are only liable to 7pounds cost of shipping !!
this is an organised legal theft !!
would not use them again for the rest of my life
taking the matter to small claim court
