$4000 musical instrument never arrived. Parcel2go created forged delivery signature to pretend it had been delivered to avoid insurance claim. Then refused to discuss the matter. This company is a scam. If they spent as much time delivering parcels as they do writing fake positive reviews on themselves the world would be a happier place.
ps. you need a few more tick box options, ie. no one made delivery, never arrived
