AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Spent 3 hours trying to arrange a delivery from Leeds to Bristol. Their Chat service is exhaustive & frustrating. Had to cancel collection twice & they refused to refund me twice. If I hadn't paid by PayPal, I would still be chasing my refunds.
