Extremely bad service. Sent a parcel with no cover, got severely damaged by dpd and no one accountable for the damages.
Surely the courier has a duty of care.
The parcel was a cast aluminium 3d printing machine very strong. As you can see in the pictures the parcel must of been grossly man handled.
What a joke have now tried to offer me a £10 credit. Have now said the parcel goes thru several different transit companies..
The machine damaged was several hundred pounds.
