Parcel label mixed up by local courier so we lost our parcel worth 500 pounds and many sentimental, private goods. In result our parcel arrived at Amazon Edinburgh instead of Polish private address. Now struggle to get 100 pounds back from insurance as the "company" rejects our receipts.
