Giving this service 1 star is 1 too many, you have managed to lose x2 separately sent parcels. Your customer service level is non existent. Automated looping forms, chat people with no authorisation, supervisor who will only intervene if customer becomes abusive, it’s enough to make you. and
An email address that no one responded to. Totally beyond belief, I will never use again and I advise you not too either and I have no faith in reading the reports below of ever achieving compensation. Should be sent to Ombudsman for review
