DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - go direct to couriers!
Had an awful experience, their chatbot replies were horrible, cryptic and difficult to deal with.
I needed 1 simple parcel delivered they failed to collect 3 times and insisted I re-book before I could cancel. When I was communicating with them they wouldn't explain and had crappy insincere responses.
