I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Parcel redirected by courier & delivered to another address. Live chat lasted 1 Hour & then changed to another person who wanted all the info again! At this point I gave up . Absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! Still not resolved. Ongoing. They told me to get the recipient to collect it from another town several miles away>
BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY AS YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEM!!!!
