Disgraceful yet again
Disgraceful yet again. It is a real shame that Parcel2Go tend to be the only option. Sent a £50 eBay item, myhermes stole it, Parcel2go want me to jump through hoops to claim the measly £20 compensation!

- Photos of damage (clearly none since myhermes stole it)
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the inside of the package
etc etc
WHY NOT CHECK THE TRACKING, SEE IT HAS BEEN STOLEN. AND PAY ME OUT!
