I booked for a next day delivery service which prior to booking stated would be delivered on xmas eve. After i booked the parcel nothing stating next day delivery service neither did the label that was applied on the parcel. I was highly disappointed as the buyer only purchased this due to next day delivery. This got delivered on 27th december.
This was my first and last ever experience with parcel2go.
I could have booked this with myhermes myself using standard delivery service.
There is no contact number or an email to approach someone.
AVOID!
