Terrible! My order P2G65376015 had been approved for refund on the 6th of December 2019, it's now the 4th of January 2020 and I still haven't received the £183.70. This means tomorrow it will be 30 days from the approval, making it outside of the legal limit.
E-mail several times the refund time but they are completely ignoring me.
