I have been using them for around 2 months with eBay sales , I am now fed up with delayed parcels , and their inability to tell you anything that you don’t already know from the tracking information,
I paid £36 for a parcel express 1-2 days , and it has not been scanned for 4 days and down as incorrectly sorted DELAY!
and I also agree , I paid for the on time guarantee which was yesterday but can see they have changed that date for another 2 days?
Going to have to go back using post office
