The delivery service was satisfied as long as your parcel is not lost. My parcel delivered lost and the signature and name was different from the recipient's name. The only contact they have is email and it takes days to get back to you. They only look at my case when I put a negative feedback as I've not heard back from them for days. They keep sending me the invalid signature and telling me that parcel has been delivered and closed my case (via their website). As there is noone to approach to discuss this case I have to write second bad review on trustpilot so that someone from the department will actually look at my case.
When they finally acknowledged their mistake, they only decided to refund the postage eventhough I have paid extra for the protection and content value. What's the point for charging me extra if they are not refunding the content value without telling you the reason?
