Awful customer service. Chat system staff are useless and all you get are automated messages from them and be treated like you don't know what you are talking about. Its honestly insulting.
Don't ever waste money insuring your item with P2G, the claims process is a complete Joke. Take your chances and cut your losses, don't waste time with their staff if things go wrong.
