Booked a collection for Monday, they didn't arrive.
Contacted them, they re arranged, didn't arrive all day.
They did not care about trying to investigate why, or care about the time it had wasted. They have now told us a week after it was supposed to be picked up that we need to drop it off.
Complete waste of time, avoid!.
