Useless - I've been trying to get them to collect a parcel (I paid for collection as it is a large parcel) and for three days Hermes says it has called at my house and no-one was home. This is a complete lie. There are no access restrictions to my house, but it is tricky to find if you don't use google maps or call me (which is what I put in the instructions)
I can't even talk to someone to fix the issue but to a bl00dy computer
I'm never using them again
