I sincerly advise everyone to NOT use Parcel2Go services.
My parcel was lost. I got no justification.
Customer service is horrible and very difficult to speak to anyone.
I simply felt that losing parcels was an habit and no one didn't seem to care very much. It leaves you with the sensation that they don't do whatever its needed to find parcels.
This was the worst experience I had in my life with any kind of services. Never again I will trust these kind of companies.
