DO NOT USE. My biggest parcel has been lost on the way and never left the pick up destination. I received 3 parcels on 4 and nobody warned me about the one missing before. No explanations or justifications for what has been lost. Only justification is that it is normal they get some packages lost with the amount they receive. My suggestion is that they learn to do their job and if they have to loose people's important belongings they DO NOT take packages.
Big mistake.
