I wanted to drop off a parcel at a point they had listed on their website and when I got there the lady in the shop told me they haven't dealt with them in over a year.
I ended up dropping it off at another shop miles away and have been trying to contact them since to see if they have received it to no avail.
This is the worst experience I have every had trying to send a parcel. I haven't got a clue what's going on.
