Was sent a fine for £45 issued by ups. I sent a parcel that weighed 14kg, they weighed it as 43kg? I sent parcel2go, pictures of the items on scales they said they needed more I sent measurement pics (height width length) they said they were not willing to take it to ups, you will just have to pay the fine.
Will never use again!
