Failed on more than one occasion to collect a parcel from me that contained a present for my son. I am one of the identified NHS most at risk and am isolated. My son also has an autoimmune condition. PG2 let me down badly at a very stressful time. Useless company, not to be trusted. Communication has been negligible and very frustrating.
The whole situation is indicative of a totally incompetent organisation.
