Booked a drop of to Parcel shop stated open and accepting parcels on their website on 24th March. Went to drop off parcel only to be told that Hermes had stopped collecting for the unforeseeable future. Went to claim a refund for a failed collection but after a couple of days they cleared the claim of my account. I made two more attempts of making a claim for a refund without success. There customer service is non existent and getting in touch with them is impossible. I strongly advise to avoid this company.
