Paid through PayPal on 24th April for collection on the 25th. They didn't collect on the Saturday 25th, nor on Monday the 27th. Looked on their website and entered my tracking number and it came up with it didn't exist. So they had taken my money and not generated the actual transaction.
I couldn't call them. Their live chat was down, so l had to re- book through another company and pay again and resort to claiming back a refund via PayPal.
I will never ever use these agsin.
