I sent a parcel yesterday for the first time.
In spite of the fact that I hadn’t realised I was supposed to have printed off labels (I thought the email was just an order confirmation) the guy was very patient and waited. Then the printer wouldn’t work so I didn’t know what to do. He talked to his depot who says they would print the labels off for me. He must have been standing outside the door for over 20 minutes. Excellent service. I’m really sorry I didn’t ask for his name, but whoever you are, thank you. You were brilliant
