What an absolute joke of company - go directly to UPS .. a couple of pound more expensive but worth it.
Customer service here is non existent. No number to call and speak to someone live chat makes you wait 30 mins to speak to someone you then get templated responses - they transfer you to someone else who can help and round and round you go. Till you give up and lose the will to love.
Hope they go bust as it’s what they deserve.
