Had a terrible experience recently with delivery and I am still waiting.
Very rude delivery driver with externally unhelpful attitude. Phone received from delivery driver saying he is going "out of his way to deliver" as this wasn't his normal route and that If I don't arrange to meet him at another point about 5 minutes walk, he simply wouldn't deliver the parcel. He simply wouldn't give me the chance to finish my sentence and kept telling me he was "actually doing me a favour". issue was reported to Parcel2Go. They have apologised but I am still waiting...
