Quite possibly the worst customer I have ever experienced. Went on their help centre webchat wait nearly 2 hours to be told what I already knew from the tracking information 🙄 impossible to chat to a real person. Attempted delivery .... really and told to collect from the post office but no information on which one.... smells funny to me... it will put me off using a company that uses this service for delivery !!!! Using resolve complaints to sort this out, thankfully used PayPal so I know my money is save but I feel sorry for the small business I purchased from Will have to chase these computer generated advisors for their money 😏 shambolic
