This is truly an appalling service. I wonder is this a scam?
I booked and paid for a parcel collection/delivery and although I got an initial 'confirmation' online, there was no email confirmation; I could not print labels and my parcel was not collected at all (surprise surprise)
Now, 3 days later I am trying to resolve it, no help line, useless help pages and an even more useless 'chat' bot. I have tries to rebook but it doesn't recognize my initial confirmation number
I will never use this service again and advise against utilizing this 'service'
