My parcel to S Korea was not delivered and eventually was returned to me several weeks later, but no explanation whatsoever and no refund of my £23.65.
The contract between us was that they would deliver my parcel for the agreed sum of £23.65. Despite opening “an enquiry” a month has now gone past and I have heard nothing. I want my money back.
