I returned a sink and pedestal via this lot and TNT. Both arrived smashed. I won’t get a refund despite having the items insured because, apparently, these types of items are on their ‘prohibited list’! Who knew???
I won’t use them again, nor will I use a service that uses TNT as they are very careless in the way they handle goods
