Parcel was returned undelivered as apparently Hermes couldnt see the huge sign with the residence name on (correct address given). I then tried to get a refund. It took ages to get through to customer service, they agree to repay you. You then get an email saying they were going to investigate. Then this week i get one saying that as i had not sent any documents the case would be closed. I emailed back and said that i had never been asked for any. I sent off a copy of my invoice, today i get an email saying the case was closed.
Them and Hermes are con artists, they pass you back and forth with no intention of repaying. I ended up taking the parcel myself as it was for my 91 year old Aunt.
Rubbish companies use at your peril.
