No customer service, a total idiot and passive and ignorance live chat, breaching GDPR, no tracking a claim, no feedback on the ticket in half a year. Do not use this service, if you must try only use it for searching and book parcel on the vendor's site.
Now I am submitting the full history to the gov backed authorities and starting the investigation incl. GDPR, commercial fraud, etc.
The result will be that the following people may be facing jail and huge fine until it goes nothing:
