I will not use this company again.
They do not honour delivery guarantees
Following a SYSTEM error at Parcels2go a parcel took 6 days to be delivered. I had purchased delivery guarantee but the company will not honour this. I will not use this company again. This is a very difficult company to deal with. All contact methods have been withdrawn from their web site. Why ?
