sent 2 parcels 1 was next day delivery it took 3 days . other one sent but not recieved after 5 weeks . sent claim in no refund for either parcel insure parcel told to prove that second hand lego was worth £20 , impossible , still awiting refund carriers were both hermes , thay dont want to know because it was done through parcels2 go both companies are rip off merchants
