Placed a next day delivery for my son's birthday presents on Monday ..now Wednesday evening and guess what still no parcel.tried to speak to a Human being instead of a robot ....took forever then basically got lied to saying it was on its way
..please please please please don't ever use this company I am shocked at what a crock of s..t this company is
