I have no complaints regarding the lady who served and resolve my query.
She friendly, well mannered and quick to respond to the issue.
I just wish the web site was as helpful as she was.
Some work is required on the website, to many Q and A's and most are generic, no enough direction to how to contact someone, when the Q and A's do not match your situation, or a what to do afterwards.All I can say Thank goodness for the young lady, who resolve the issue.
