Absolutely shocking service with Parcel2Go.
I sent approx 15 packages with them at the end of May 2020. 6 were lost. 10 weeks on, multiple phone calls, easily over 100 emails sent and still no refund deposited into my bank account.
If you want to experience shocking customer service, incompetence when it comes to answering any queries you may have, lost parcels and extensive delays throughout the refunding process then Parcel2Go is the right company to choose.
