Absolutely disgusted with this company I will not be using again and if anyone any sense they wont .booked friday for Saturday pic up and no one showed up to collect Sunday still no one showed .
Went on chat re booked for Monday collection quess what no one showed up absolutely disgusting they dont email or text or ring to keep u informed .
I got a refund now sent via royal mail .
Scandalous company you pay for service and they dont follow through.
This is 2nd time in 4 weeks they not showed up to collect .
